Mystery Rock with circular carving shaped like a huge eye - found on south side of Rafferty Dam, facing east, near the new marina. Part of rock imbedded in dirt. Found circa 1997 by a person collecting rocks for a rock garden. A pathway was observed near the rock. Weighs 86 lbs. The raised center cap appears to be another kind of rock, attached to the stone.
