Motion to accept the financial report indicating a present balance of $8,567.25, moved by Marilyn McCutcheon, seconded by Madeleine Valentine. Carried.
Motion to offer Greg Salmers an honorarium at end of Plan scripting for his work preparing the Plan, moved by Jane Moriarty, seconded by Madeleine Valentine. Carried.
