Motion to approve the minutes of
Motion to approve the Treasurer's Report as amended indicating a bank balance of $26,458.34 Moved by Fay Harris, seconded by Sheila Squires. Carried.
Draft of constitution amended for further discussion.
Motion to accept the Literacy Coordinator's report. Moved by Heliana de Souza Wagner, seconded by Sheila Squires.Carried.
Motion to approve proposed luncheon budget from Boston Pizza, Moved by Fay Harris, seconded by Kim Marcotte.
Motion to approve $2000 budget for Literacy Festival, Moved by Kim Marcotte, seconded by Greg Salmers.

Other topics discussed:
1) Greg has stated that services provided in kind by the Estevan Public
Library Branch for office space provided would total $6100.00.
2) Heliana will assist in creating the vocabulary
needed for Work Safety posters for various employers.
3) The time sheets kept by the Literacy Coordinator will by verified by

Act to review before discussion of the amended constitution.
5) A Chart of Accounts will record different expenditures as kept by the
Literacy Coordinator.
6) The approved budget for the Literacy Festival will allow Pam to choose gifts
of appreciation, and buy necessities for the event provided she submits bills for
reimbursement.
7) Literacy coordinator will post a schedule of needed volunteers at the
Community Literacy Festival on the website.
8) Pam will be registering a core committee of three for the initial steps for
a Canadian Citizenship ceremony at the Estevan Public Library Branch.
